About
I'm Eleni Kyriacou, and I live for those breakthrough moments when an artist's emerging ideas suddenly click into a crystal-clear vision.
After 20+ years producing everything from intimate theatre to large-scale festivals, I've discovered my superpower: shepherding creative projects through their messiest, most crucial phase—the space between 'brilliant idea' and 'funded reality.'
I have a knack for seeing patterns and connections that others often miss. Where you might see chaos, I see potential structure. I've successfully secured £200,000+ in funding over the past two years through systematic creative development.
As a neurodivergent professional, I understand how creative practice and access needs often interweave productively. I regularly guide neurodivergent and disabled creatives through access funding, Access to Work processes, and other support systems as part of creative development.
Based in Birmingham but working UK-wide, I create the space and structure for your vision to flourish.
